Great idea. But, who are they going to call? I get the Internet part but these folks have been indoctrinated since birth. Just like Liberals today in America but for last 7 generations. It is a good idea though. We could also air drop all the books that US Colleges are banning along with California. That should be enough US History books to provide to every North Korean man, woman, and child.

Thanks for sharing PFC (Join to see) the interesting idea of dropping iPhones or a competing communications capability with access to the world's data, music and other streams.
