Luckily no one was hurt. 6months probation, and never gets to fly drones again, unless they join the military.

There was damage to the aircraft. If they can identify the owner of the quadcopter, they should bill him for the cost of a replacement rotor blade, sheetmetal repair, and the cost of the DART package that went to repair the aircraft.
