TEAM RallyPoint - The link to this survey will remain active until the end of JAN 2016. Upon completion, I will provide feedback on the collective response trends from the survey. You should also rest assured that I will make every attempt to "carry the mail" from the results to publication in forums that can inform future developments. Your input is the critical ingredient! Please take the time to complete the survey. Thank you! Spencer

Thanks for participating! I am not sure if you finished the survey or not, but please click on Army Medical Department, or us the "Other" block and type in Nurse Corps. Really appreciate the assistance! Spencer

Less than 1% of those who blew the whistle against irregularities and illegal actions in the Army, post 9/11, lost their livelihoods and were denied justice. How can the Army think of retaining talent after it fraudulently discharges talent?

LTC (Join to see) I went through your survey which I thought was well constructed.
The one addition I would make is to include additional specialty under the section which focused on Branch transfer. This section could include all of the basic branches and FA listings you include under branch transfer.
Most of us took on additional specialties at the senior captain level. There was a requirement to serve in a specialty when the army paid for schooling for us to attend. I served in my secondary specialty; but, did not branch transfer as I retained my basic branch throughout my career.

Stephen ... Thanks so much for the input! You have already completed the survey, but all others where this may apply - please feel free to enter any text within the "Branch Transfer" or "Branch Detail" text blocks that are provided to explain your unique situation. In an attempt to categorize and capture the normal paths with some simplicity for respondents, the survey may fall short in addressing the varying policies that the Army has introduced in the past. Really appreciate your time and attention! Good luck! Spencer
