The article reads how Turkey supports Syrian rebels. That is not the true truth.
Turkey and the Syrian rebels are Sunni. Sunni's in Syria were given arms to fight the Syrian government alined with Shia Iran. (I wonder where they got their weapons and ammo).
Anyway, this is a religious civil war. Those the Turks are attacking are not all Kurds. The towns are full of Christians and Muslims who have converted to Christianity.
The Apostate laws will apply to the Muslims that converted. The Christians might be paying a tax soon, or sold into slavery. It is hard to tell with the so called Syrian moderate rebels looking for a place to hide from their defeat at the hands of Russia, Iran, Syria and Shia terrorists groups.
The US has told Turkey to stop, or face sanctions. I would like to see Trump attack the Turkish military firing at civilians.

How ironic being Turkey is our ally. So many religious zealots is hard to keep straight. Isis and the Jihad are they the same or have the same mind set. Know there's belief that Armageddon will take place in Syria.
