Read my book "Leadership of Shame" and get a feel of poor leadership. As coaches, it behooves of us to understand both negatives and positives in leadership.

After reading the aforesaid book, read "Rise to Fame" and get the best of leadership of excellence as well.

These books are available through Amazon, Kindle and Kobo. They are both inexpensive publications and very easy reading.

Margaret; first, array your photos into a storybook. Begin with snapshots to attract the attention of your audience. This is the Prologue of your manuscript.

Second; choose a topic for your first chapter that is a continuation of your Introduction or that is abstract, yet critical to the central theme of your story. Otherwise, you can approach it chronologically or functionally, depending on your Title or Subject Matter.

I did find it interesting that the catalyst for this study was:

"Google set out to determine what makes a manager great at Google. But first, a research team tried to prove the opposite: that managers actually don’t matter, that the quality of a manager didn’t impact a team’s performance. This hypothesis was based on an early belief held by some of Google’s leaders and engineers that managers are, at best, a necessary evil, and at worst, a layer of bureaucracy.

The team defined manager quality based on two quantitative measures: manager performance ratings and manager feedback from Google’s annual employee survey. This data quickly revealed that managers did matter: teams with great managers were happier and more productive."

Nothing really earth shattering from the list of top 10 traits. The important thing is the focus on promoting stronger leaders. On a side note, has Google gone overboard from a cultural standpoint in its efforts to promote diversity? Time will tell. Thanks for the share.
