MAJ (Join to see) I was right with it up until number 1. I don't think that you can put the USSR number one on a list of underappreciated countries. Stalin was one of the allied "Big Three" that should eliminate them from contention for "Underappreciated." There were other nations who were victims of Japan or Germany who stepped up to fight back the wave of aggression.
