SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL:
I have a long-standing (since 1978, approximately- although my rating started out at 44%.) 100% permanent and total rating. I can avail myself of All of my local VA- including the Dental department.
I don't have dependents, nor do I have a spouse; however, If I did: I would be more than happy that my family would be able to take advantage of benefits as well.
Rest well tonight, Joe.

As with anything VA related you should always go to http://www.va.gov or speak with a Veteran Service Officer (VSO). While this information is nice the laws and VA regulations are always changing so go to the real sources and not a place that gets the information second hand.
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
The US Department of Veterans Affairs provides patient care and federal benefits to veterans and their dependents. The home page for the Department of Veterans Affairs provides links to veterans benefits .and services, as well as information and resources for other Departmental programs and offices.
