If you're a traditional Guardsman or ADSW/ADOS, you do not receive a clothing allowance. Your State CIF will issue you uniform items as needed. AGR Soldiers are the only personnel in the Guard who receive a clothing allowance, as they are considered active duty and are no longer authorized to receive "as needed" uniform items from State CIF.
