Veteran has a brain hermitage and widow decided to donate his organs to two vet's in need. Really a bitter sweet ending and emotional send off by the civilian hospital staff.

Really heartbreaking for the soldiers family, but admirable of the wife to donate his organs to two vet's in need of them.
