Thanks again SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for informing us about the Ratings Veterans Services Representative (RVSR) who is a primary decision maker of the outcome of our claims for VA disability compensation benefits.
I fully understand that "No matter the amount of evidence you have, it's likely that the Veterans Service Representative (VSR) or the RSVR will request that a VA contractor perform a C & P exam on you. The examiner is usually a physician or registered nurse practitioner or a physician's assistant."
A VA orthopedic doctor recently examined me and added 10% disability for sciatica; and another 10% disability for sciatica. In between those entries was obesity. I usually go to the VA in my boots for support of my legs. Next time I plan on wearing sneakers which should drop my weight by about 8 to 10 pounds :-)
