SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL The Hale Koa on Ohau had great SOS for breakfast.

The USMC has a neat place at Kaneohe; if you are a sound sleeper! On a point jutting into the Pacific, several cottages are NEXT to the surf!

Thanks for sharing SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL before you mentioned it I had never heard of Armed Forces Vacation Club.
It si good to know that a membership with Armed Forces Vacation Club is free to all active duty, guard, reserve and retired U.S. military and civilian employees of the Department of Defense.

LTC Stephen F. I am going to expose all I am privy to get my hands on to the masses. Active Duty gets all this stuff, us RETIREES do not have access to these sites, unless you have a CAC card as mentioned in SMSgt Minister Gerald A. Thomas response. I try to make sure all VETERANS/RETIREES maximize their privileges if they know about them. Basically put the word out here on RP.

Navy Lodge cancellation policy, (until 6?PM), often results in a room if you are able to wait in the lobby or nearby for a cancellation.

Some USAF facilities have a 'VIP' telephone # for senior NCOs. I have been able to access some very nice suites!

After 98 years of marriage between us, the lady friend and I are not getting married again- w/o having a dependent card, she does not eat at base dining facilities.
