CPO Tim Dickey This is the right thing to do. He resigned, was put on two year probation, and fined $100,000.

What kind of precedent does this set for other officers? It sounds like they're saying that if you're high enough up the flagpole then you can get away with anything.

CPO Tim Dickey Great people do stupid things and the General must pay the price and has. We need to maintain those standards across all party lines and all postiions within our government. If we let one person get away with it because of money and power, then we set a new standard. Maintain the standards and the system will work. Try to go over it or under it, then we fail oruselves as a nation! Let's hope that everyone is treated the same! Just my opinion!
