How do we decrease military suicides? Become a master of your mind.
Many people rely on mindset to get through hard things. Mindset is the ability of the conscious mind to plan, develop strategy, execute willfully, purposefully even during intense physical, mental and emotional challenge.
To have mastery requires knowing how to leverage both the conscious and subconscious mind. If we teach enough people to successfully use their mind fully – who is eating their gun; crashing their trucks into utility poles on purpose?
What happens to the level of crisis currently being experienced by the military; active and veteran? If you can use your mind to think/feel yourself to a better place and take action from there, there is NO obstacle that cannot be overcome. The ultimate force multiplier.

I have direct experience in transitioning as I went from a Professional Golfer to a double amputee with a traumatic spinal injury restricted to a wheelchair for life in the last 7 years.
