This January began on a Sunday?! Ha...it was still Holiday Block Leave for those of us who took leave. And it actually rained today here in Texas...ah woe! Then I broke my third & oldest pair of sneakers at the gym before realizing it was Fri. the thirteenth. Sweet Jesus.

Maj Marty Hogan - The heel of the left sole detached itself from the rest of my shoe. Luckily the gym's right next to our barracks, so I evaded notice walking back & it rained today anyhow so that hardly anyone was outside.
