Thanks for posting an interesting and an introspective discussion COL Mikel J. Burroughs :-)
Based on the list provided I would rate myself as likeable. However likeability is best determined from other people's impression of me.
1. They Ask Questions
2. They Put Away Their Phones
3. They Are Genuine
4. They Don’t Pass Judgment
5. They Don’t Seek Attention
6. They Are Consistent
7. They Use Positive Body Language
8. They Leave a Strong First Impression
9. They Greet People by Name
10. They Smile
11. They Know When To Open Up
12. They Know Who To Touch (and They Touch Them)
13. They Balance Passion and Fun

I can relate to these, due to the fact that I see so many different personalities every day. But in some cases this is a continued effort. Having that large extroverted individual in front of you, and then having someone that is the complete opposite can be challenging. We all know that switching from one to the other is not like switching a light switch. It can be tricky at times. I always have to laugh when the subject of Myers Briggs comes up. Every time I take that test it says I am an introvert, but, those that know me say that I am the complete opposite. The reality is that in my private life, I am. But at work...Extrovert all day, every day.

Great article Col.
