This is not unexpected but it is disgraceful that Diana Rubens, Philadelphia Regional Office director, and Kimberly Graves, director of the St. Paul, Minn., regional office, will be able to keep their jobs SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL after pocketing more than $400,000 in moving costs for questionable job moves.
Hopefully when VA Secretary Bob McDonald appears before the Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee on Tuesday morning to discuss the department's fiscal 2017 budget request, he will face questioning about the decisions in the Rubens and Graves cases. Hopefully truth will be revealed and Congress will act appropriately.
