VA strongly encourages Veterans to file compensation claims online through eBenefits at http://www.ebenefits.va.gov to receive faster claim decisions. However, if you’re planning to submit a paper version of VA Form 21-526EZ, Application for Disability Compensation, you will now have to mail your application and evidence to one of two centralized mail locations based on where you live. For some reason the Yellow on Black block letters reminded me of mad Magazine from long ago SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL. I would still highly recommend that every veteran request their local VSO to assist them in this "easy" process. This is nothing like EZ tax filing as everybody who has gone through the process fully understands.
