Yup! This has also been evident in the rising response in staffing companies. The only reason I know that is because franchise staffing companies are in demand and have great revenue opportunities. The numbers themselves are no joke. Not an industry I look at exclusively but one that catches attention. The worker diversifying is a great piece as well because staying engaged in what you do now is not determined by how long you stay in a job. Even executives are moving from company to company. I even have a recruiting franchise that does only that. Focus those numbers down to just the US and you get a different picture but I like where this guy was going. If you are a recruiter, great, you will have a job right now but when the market is no longer a hirers market and experience is once again hard sought, recruitment will go through the same cyclical slump as it has in the past. Great post!
