There will always be an instructor who thinks they know what's best for the army. We are a melting pot, thousands of diverse aspects are melted together to create a soldier.

The individuals that put the power point presentation together is playing the blame game, why is my life the way it is.
They can look inward and get their answer.

I for one would love to experience some of this "privelege".
My father worked more than 40 hours a week and he barely was able to keep a roof over our heads. I joined the Marine Corps to get a better life for myself, got married and had two daughters. That's when I finally realized what my father went through raising just me. The Marine Corps also stressed how we are all Marines and not a color.

White privilege my ass.
