What are your thoughts on this? Maybe I was in the wrong Army but I didn't get any special treatment because of my skin color. I was always thought in the Army we are all green and equally worthless unless you was an NCO or higher.

There will always be an instructor who thinks they know what's best for the army. We are a melting pot, thousands of diverse aspects are melted together to create a soldier.

The individuals that put the power point presentation together is playing the blame game, why is my life the way it is.

I for one would love to experience some of this "privelege".
My father worked more than 40 hours a week and he barely was able to keep a roof over our heads. I joined the Marine Corps to get a better life for myself, got married and had two daughters. That's when I finally realized what my father went through raising just me. The Marine Corps also stressed how we are all Marines and not a color.
White privilege my ass.
