Do you like it when daylight savings time takes effect?

Experts say that daylight savings time causes us to be less aware and more likely to be involved in accidents. The change involves millions of people who are all going to get up on Monday morning and get on the road with an hour less sleep. Many of us are already sleep deprived, take another hour out of that and we have slower reaction time and problems with our cognitive abilities, which translates into more accidents.

Keep this in mind as you begin your drive in the morning, stay sharp and watch out for the other guy.
