The Smartbox Call Center Temp will be responsible for providing Outstanding Customer Service to existing SMARTBOX customers as well as the education and booking of new clients who contact our Call Center with respect to our services. The Representative must be fully knowledgeable of our Product and be able to present it to the client how best it meets their needs, based upon the information provided as well as the availability of the market that the client is in. The Representative must have the ability to learn quickly and understand the SMARTBOX web based systems, Products, Best Practice Guidelines and be able to handle our clientele after a short training period.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering inbound Customer Service and Sales Calls, Online Quote requests, responding to email inquiries and account resolutions, interaction with local SMARTBOX Local Agents around the country, Booking and Scheduling appointments for new and existing customers by properly entering all information into the SMARTOffice Pro System, Collection calls when necessary and conscientious follow-up where needed. The Representative will display a working knowledge of all products, establish a rapport with the clients, qualify lead opportunities and comply with System-wide Best Practices.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
• Candidate should have experience working in a call center sales environment or strong background in customer service or sales. 0-3 Years’ Experience
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team oriented atmosphere. Must be customer focused, organized, ability to set priorities and meet service deadlines and goals.
• Impeccable phone and written communication skills are a must.
• Candidate should be proficient in Windows Office Suite with superior data entry skills
Education and Certification Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
