PO2 Jonathan Scharff They cannot compel her or her accomplices (yes, that is an accurate word to describe these criminals) to talk. If they do talk, they face a very strong likelihood of getting tripped up and being charged with lying, as you can bet that the FBI has a great deal of information and will be looking for deceit. If they don't talk, it will, in all likelihood sink her campaign, as it will show lack of transparency and provide an assumption of guilt. If they do talk, it will likely result in indictments, and likely will whether they talk or not. Both Hillary and her accomplices are in a Catch-22 situation. Damned if you do and damned if you don't. No win...

I can't imagine that 147 agents working full time on this investigation have not uncovered enough evidence to put them all in jail. The question is if the Obama Administration will use "prosecutorial discretion" to not indict. If they do, I predict there will be a massive blow-up of FBI agents and others that will rock the Administration. And you can bet the Trump and Cruz will have a field day with this (and, probably Sanders, as well).

Most likely. The problem with that is if and im pretty sure they do If the FBI has enough on them already. COL Jean Burleson made a great point above. IF they talk, they will most likely get caught in lies and be indicted. If they refuse to talk they will look like they are hiding something and crash her chances at the President. If Obama forces the DOJ not to prosecute it will show he is involved with a cover up and the FBI will spill the beans on him and he will forever be known as the President that lied and hindered justice of HRC. I know he wants a Dem back in office but I'm not sure if he wants to be known in History for covering up a crime to do it.
