I'm cannot help but be weary of Vet "friendly" organizations. Lots of talk but when there is something good in front of them, they got for the one that will cost less. We all have to start somewhere, but why then all of the experience, education, and leadership, if they only want you to fill jobs that everyone else is leaving? Recruiters need to be educated on military MOS's, rank structure, levels of responsibility, accomplishments, and what it takes to lead 1 or 500 people.

Juan curious to hear what your definition of Vet Friendly is? The thing you have to keep in mind just like in the corps you are going to want the best of the best in your formation not everyone is cut out nor would be a good fit to serve in the military does that make the military not friendly? The military is no different than corporations they want the best of the best. I am a servicemember and it took me a while to understand when I came off active the skills necessary to compete for and get a civilian career. You have to be competitive for the role you are applying for.
