The Account Management Business Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support for the account management, sales and marketing organization. The individual will be accountable for providing details and insights regarding analytics for voice of the customer (VOC) data, SLAs monitoring, internal revenue, client trends, market trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness to measure performance and enhance business decisions. The individual will be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of data and the development and tracking of key performance indicators that will enhance business understanding to ultimately drive client intelligence, productivity and profitability.
