Not sure I agree with the decision to waste good American soil (even if it is in that part of Colorado) to house and feed these individuals. Seems like we just need to enhance the suck factor and put them in small cells in the middle of the Louisiana swamps or the Florida everglades... That way, the locals can be paid to watch over them. When they inevitably try to escape, mother nature has dinner...

The only issue with this is we are letting convicted international criminals on US soil. If they somehow make an escape, it may lead to further issues.

I personally don’t want to see them anywhere on US soil. If any place, these people should be jailed in their home countries. If they are too dangerous and/or their country of origin is a sponsor of terror, then the Guantanamo Bay detention camp (I so dislike abbreviations for this facility) is the place for them. By definition Guantanamo Bay gives them no rights, and by their conduct, they deserve none.

These people/terrorists have no rights under international law (to my knowledge they never signed on to the Geneva Convention), or our law for that matter, unless we bring them on our soil, even then I’m not sure, that’s a good questions for a judge.

The bottom line is what you do with a terrorist/person that doesn’t accept rules of conduct of the civilized world? Kill them with kindness? No, I believe we’ve proven that doesn’t work by the number of them that have engaged in terrorism after they have been released “and promised to be good”.
