I love this idea. What a fitting tribute to the many who served there as well as the many who fled out from there. I see you posted this 4 months ago. My internet searches show that the project seems to b gaining steam. Do you have any current updates?

I could get behind this. I was stationed there from 68 to 70. My first shore duty. We lived in base housing and my wife worked at the exchange. Good tour!
