The U.S. is pushing a new strategy to make the Iraqis man up against ISIS

Let Iraq grow some balls and we just stay out of their way.

Our troop strength is nearly half of what it was when we were most effective in Iraq. I wish we had enough troops to stick to a 6 month deployment/18 month dwell time schedule and maintain about 500,000 troops in Iraq, Afganistan, Europe, Africa and Asia. However, that will never be reality. Maybe it is now time for the rest of the world to fight their own battles.

They need to man up for sure because it's not our job to fight ISIS in Iraq.
