The next lawsuit will probably be someone suing Starbucks because there's too much Caffeine in a Grande Double Mocha Latte with an Extra Shot" - or something equally idiotic.
UNLESS there is some state/federal law that regulates the amount of coffee that has to be in an iced coffee, then this person's lawyer should be drummed out of town.

I have a wonderful idea.......instead of wasting EVERYONE's time, energy and sanity..........just hear me out......STOP GOING TO STARBUCKS THEN, LADY!!!! Holy crap, seriously. This era of pointless and frivolous lawsuits......especially one like this......needs to truly stop. I mean, if I feel I got slighted on something as small as a coffee or even a value meal at Burger King.....I stop going to those places and spread the word of slightness.....instead of creating a dumb*ss lawsuit. People like this lady are literally wasting the precious oxygen for the rest of us.

TSgt Kenneth Ellis - Sergeant; Minor correction. The law doesn't specify "how high" the head on a beer can be, it specifies how full the glass has to be BEFORE you get to the foam.
