No, its religious. As we have already stated by action and deed in Iraq, we have no intent to eliminate the religious system and put something else into place. Well then? What are we expecting? The Brits ruled it for 100 years and couldn't get it to work. The Russians ruled it for 10 years and couldn't get it to work. Time to call it quits, take our ball and go home.
