Some do. Reserve units, I think it depends. I have yet to see an Induction Ceremony since I've been in the Reserves.

MSG (Join to see) - Makes two of us. I keep asking my senior leadership in the Guard to have one and they've yet to get one together. I think it's something we should be doing to welcome these soldier into the NCO ranks.

CW3 Michael Bodnar - I would love to go thru one as I have never been to one/thru one. My unit down in Honduras tried to get one set up but the idea didn't get very far.

MSG (Join to see) - I've come close to getting one going but it never came to be. There's also an NCO induction form that should be filled out and signed by the senior enlisted member in your unit but I've never seen the ceremony either - only read about it.
