I think I have a new goal now, lol...I can do 110 on Iso-lateral pulldowns and I'm currently upping my wide grip pulldowns (at 80#).

I'm starting to convert over to it. I needed to develop more muscle in my back and chest. At first I was doing about 120# assisted on the pullup machine so I may try it when back day comes around (today is leg/shoulder and abs day). I didn't want to go in cold with nothing to help with form and then end up hurting myself, ya know.

It's all about goals and how we sustain dedication. I can't bench 315 but that has nothing to do with any of my goals right now.
