Miss D.C. wins Miss USA pageant - The Boston Globe

Congratulations 1LT Barber, Deshauna. 26-year-old U.S. Army Reserve Officer just won the Miss USA contest Sunday night. She is currently a logistics commander for the 988th Quartermaster Detachment Unit in Fort Meade, Maryland. During the pageant, announcers called her ‘‘the most disciplined contestant."
