I am an intel and Academy guy and the reason I think this is good is because intel is driving operations. If cadets, midshipmen, etc don't know how to operate in one or how it works upon graduation, the learning curve is steep and I think making sure they have his knowledge before graduation accelerates their ability to work.

Having said, does it need to cost that much? That I can't answer!

I agree wholeheartedly on the future of cyber, the article states how more and more Mids are starting to declare cyber as their major. I feel like with the drive being less than 30 minutes to NSA where this stuff is going down, there could be a work around to having a $120 million facility on a property that is already want for space.
