Thumbs up for posting, but I'm saddened by the extent and scope of the fraud, waste and abuse. I had several NCOs that were constantly hooking a brother up and were likely involved in far bigger issues during their deployments. It's a culture of hypocrisy with those who find the dishonesty acceptable. There is a percentage of the population at large that feels any opportunity for self-advancement is under the heading "survival of the fitist" and can live with themselves. Some feel no remorse at lying, cheating, stealing or raping. Is that a human characteristic? Bacsheesh is part of the culture in the rest of the world. As the World Turns....

Some will not do it because it is wrong, some because of the chance of getting caught, some do it because of their greed and their belief they wont get caught.

As I said, this has been the norm for all wars and conflicts where cash is readily available. Doesn't make it right, but that is the state of human behavior from some. This is where Trump's team got their info and it was correct. No sense getting your panties in a wad as a vet, unless you think this is OK.
