Im not sure why this needs to be "tested" but whatever. Fingers crossed this will go down in the regs.

I don't understand why does there need to be a pilot for this... Get the SMA, have group of people roll up their sleeves. Have him give the yay or nay. Boom Done..

Really don't get this. In the AF when we went from the BDU to the ABU we just rolled our sleeves the same as we did the BDU. Didn't need a "test" to see if it can be done....

The uniform would be a lot cooler that way. It would be like the old BDU's with sleeves rolled up for summer.
