I can't wait for the all of these demographics issues to become a Non-issue. We are all one...a solider, Airmen, Sailor, or marine....we are all American....the true top 1%.

Lt Col (Join to see) - Exactly sir. I can't wait for that either. Some day, leaders in the military will be known by their merit, and not because they were the first woman, the first African American, or the first transgender person to accomplish something. We are all fighting on the same team, and one day we will finally act like it.
