Between PTSD, suicide rates, sexual assault rates, budgetary shortfalls, unrealistic deployment cycles, scavenging parts off of boneyard aircraft, worn out equipment across the spectrum of our inventory ………… and we focus 'months' of our efforts on gender neutral job descriptions.

The inmates are officially running the asylum.
