I'm ashamed of you, LTC (Join to see), for spreading lies designed to undermine the faith of our people in the security of the United States. The Executive Order directs the US military to improve methods of avoiding unnecessary civilian casualties outside of designated combat areas. This is meant to reduce civilian drone deaths in the GWOT countries. Nothing in the EO gives anybody any authority to use US forces against US citizens. Nothing in the EO attempts to nullify--nor could the president nullify--the Posse Comitatus Act.

It would take a pretty bad reading of the original document to arrive at the headline posted.
