As a retired veteran I recently had some health changes. I couldn't find anything on how to change my VA percentage so I wrote this to help other veterans and streamline their process.

Good read, but I highly recommend veterans use a Veterans Service Officer as opposed to a VA representative. The VSO is independent from the VA and will go out of their way to insure the veteran applies for ALL of their benefits.
