I would not jump too fast. This is nothing more than another attempt by the Republicans to discredit her.

MSG Stan Hutchison - There is a big distinction between tax avoidance (which is every consumer and citizen's mental obligation to do) but evasion. I hopefully accuse you of tax avoidance. You should use every opportunity to pay as little taxes as you are obligated to. When you do not report income, the IRS doesn't consider laws of evidence they way a prosecutor would. If there was income that was not reported, there's obvious wrongdoing - but that is for the investigators to decide. The fact that this article points out that they make these charges, is indeed a true statement. They are lodging these complaints.
Do the Republicans make false charges? That is up the investigation to decide. It is quite a leap if unfounded.
