SGT (Join to see) Looks like a nice way to put additional pressure on your knees! Wouldn't ankle weights have the same effect?

No, sir. I said nothing about running and that is very unlikely to change in the future. I have no functional use for running with +100 pounds. We've talked about this, sir. I'm trying to keep my parts functional.

I have the 45lbs vest from weightvest.com. Great piece of equipment, but I wouldn't suggest running with it on unless for short intervals. 100lbs is a lot more than most need in a vest, but i would say if you are on an extended in-the-middle-of-no-where deployment, this would probably be all you need.

Why does everyone keep assuming I'm be running with it ? I'm adding that to the details.

SGT (Join to see) - I didn't assume; my two cents that's all. It was a 'everyone' post.

SSG (Join to see) - Gotchu. I'm used to being the only one that writes such posts.
