Absolute Garbage. You have to have your head firmly up your fourth point of contact to think that will EVER happen....EVER. Key West pulled it off. How long did that last?

I doubt it would happen but it does provide an interesting view of the collective thoughts on whats going on in DC.

Only one that can do it with out braking federal law is Texas, all others must have forgot what the civil war was about.

I have been following the The Texas secession movement for awhile now. Interesting to say the least.

Have a neighbor who just moved from there 3 years ago, spent most of his life there, he told me he does not see it ever happening, mainly due to the influx of new people moving down from other states. These people do not know the complete history of Texas and therefore feel it would just be a waste to leave the United States.
You may also be interested in a personal note, My family history on my mothers side has been traced back to Texas. The family name is Travis, you may recognize it seeing it was the name of the last commander of the Alamo.
