Nope. Don't buy it. A video produced by a white woman working for an admittedly conservative group staffed and ran by conservative white people. Not a one of them would know racism if it bit them in the ass.
I don't believe that most police officers are racist. A few are, but a small percentage, overall. I do, however, believe that policing activities and procedures ARE racist. And that is where we have the problems. Get rid of the institutionalized racism in policing, and you go a long way in eliminating the perception that all police are racist.

The stop and frisk program in NY City was done primarily on Blacks and Hispanics. Whites were stopped, too, but not at the same percentages.
The concept of DWB is real. I have known blacks who were stopped in neighborhoods they had every right to be in. If I had been driving there, at those times, the police would not have looked at me twice.
Those are just a couple of the most glaring examples.

Are the police racist? Well, are people racist? This video is an outstanding example of cherry-picking data to support a preferred answer.
Is Prager U a wonderful place for conservatives to feel superior over liberals? You betcha!
Dennis Prager knows, deep in his heart, that his way of thinking is the only right way, and the "professors" at his website agree.

CPT Jack Durish no more than the average person who lives on this planet. We all have our pet bias depending on where and how we were raised. When I became a deputy sheriff-coroner I quickly learned to see everyone and every situation as a possible threat to my safety (which is how anyone working in any hostile environment manages to survive) until that person proved otherwise. I cared less about a person's skin color; I was focused on their hands and their demeanor towards me because I learned and taught other LE officers to survive the encounter first and foremost. Point a deadly weapon at me or someone else and that offender's life became forfeit no matter their skin color. Street survival 101.
