Gowdy "exonerated Hillary"? It was his committee that uncovered the abuses in handling classified material after the Democrats had worked so hard to cover up her transgressions

SSG Michael Hartsfield - A Congressional Committee is not a criminal court. It can only turn over its finding with recommendations to the Administration to pursue indictment and conviction. Now, we've seen the results of that. The Director of the FBI made a very public statement in which he detailed a prima facie case against Hillary but said that the FBI wasn't recommending prosecution because they could not find evidence of intent. That may have fooled the public at large, but it didn't fool students of law (hell, even a first year law student could see through it). There is no legal requirement of intent for the crimes which Hillary committed and, even if there were, intent can be presumed from her efforts to hide her crimes. So, please, it's time to accept the fact that the Department of Injustice is covering for Hillary and don't bother us with inane attempts to cover for her. She doesn't need you. She has people who count on her side.

Ok just a few questions Gentlemen. If all Trey was doing was reporting her transgressions, why did it take so long (almost four years) and tens of millions of dollars to get....a report PO1 John Crafton?
CPT Jack Durish and PO1 Chris V. are you both upset because in spite of all of the evidence, fact finding committees, and conjecture that your dream of having a woman you hate in chains went unrealized? That she was, in fact ,EXONERATED!! Now, with the "revelation" that Clinton allegedly used Bleachbit to wipe her servers, there is no question in anyone's mind that all of this was and is political and yes, good Captain. I know Clinton doesn't need my help defending her, just like the people you support don't need yours.

SSG Michael Hartsfield - Sergeant, I truly respected you for your service and your achievements. I only wish you would actually read what I write. Would you at least show me that much respect? I have explained myself very carefully. I have explained how Congress can not indict or EXONERATE anyone. But you ignore all that and insult me (yes, I'm now taking it as a very personal insult) by putting words in my mouth. "...the woman you hate..." I don't hate Hillary. I once hated my exwife, but got over that. Why would I hate Hillary? So, I'm not going to respond to you anymore because you don't have the decency to read it. I'm not going to give you the opportunity to pretend I'm saying things that I am not. Feel free to babble on without me. You have lost my respect.

SSG Michael Hartsfield - Dam, she is a good strategist and appears by the reports and comments here that Hillary has tenacity and is conniving and a risk taker; shit those are the qualities of a good leader.

I seem to recall Hillary once joking that she used a rag to "wipe" the server. Apparently, she can't tell the difference between a rag and a specialized computer program...or she might have been dissembling (i.e. lying).

Yes that's what most criminals usually do, they try to get rid of any evidence of their crimes.
