They need to do it. A threat is meaningless. The 49ers but out a press release saying they are fine with it. I'm not sure but cops walked off at a Beyonce concert. Because she was selling blm te shirts.

This will be spun so tight by the left and the media. I can see it now, "Police Oppress Kaepernick", "Kaepernick Sheds Light on Police Corruption".. It will be a hypocritical as everything else, Kaepernick can exercise his rights, but the officers are being racially motivated..
