They probably have outrageous requirements. My company (Amazon) knows the need of Security personnel and the lack of "qualified' candidates. They've opened up positions for beginners and will teach you from the ground up. (https://www.amazon.jobs/en/jobs/439396) is the job opening

Yeah, I am trying to get a Masters in Cyber Security, but the only really good program that will take my free credit hours is 4 hours away and they don't have the whole program online......
