If you can't see a difference between using a personal email account for non-classified exchanges and Top Secret Special Access Programs you are a fool. Secondly because someone else got away with it is not an acceptable excuse. Her entire excuse is they weren't marked clearly enough for her, any of us would be in jail if we used her "I didn't know C meant classified," excuse.
Stop finding poor reasons to justify her corruption. She should be in jail, but since she is the nominee DOJ won't do anything against her, corruption at the highest levels, if there was any valid reason for a witch hunt this is it!

C is agency specific, each agency writes their rules differently. Specifically in the DOS where the information goes directly to the top leadership without begin vetted through security. Some of the information in her emails is classified Top Secret SAP.

Ok so her defense for destroying evidence, mishandling classified documents, using a private server, ignoring every rule and regulation in the book is... the other guy did it?
Ok then lets address that He didn't use his unclassified AOL account for classified documents... He wasn't under investigation for campaign financing, wasn't running for president, Didn't get 4 men killed in Benghazi, and hasn't been caught lying with every breath....
Should he be held accountable sure, feel free to dig up the evidence, still doesn't make her destroying evidence legal or right. She broke the law! Period. If anyone of us did any one thing or all the things she has done we would be spending time in Leavenworth Kansas making little rocks out of big ones, and that's if we didn't get the firing squad.
This is more of the DNC Smoke and mirrors, I swear its like watching a 5 year old tattletale on their sibling to try and get out of trouble.

He didn't have a server lol That's the crux of it. Hillary went 100% beyond and out of her way. Powell used AOL mail for his unclassified emails and private correspondences. Powell also did not have a private foundation and was not receiving speaking fees and other compensation for favors.
When Hillary paid for a private server to conduct Government business on she was willingly breaking the law. When she was informed she needed to turn over all the Servers she had them destroyed after the subpoena was issues. that is destruction of evidence and IS a crime.
Lets break it down to our level, Seaman Timmy uses his yahoo account to email his buddy in the next office a dumb photo because he doesn't want the system to flag the photo. Timmy is breaking the rules yep and should be punished.
Seaman Gumby sets up a server and a bank account. Seaman Gumby also over sees service contracts. Seaman Gumby gets rich while approving contracts, but there are no emails between Seaman Gumby and the contractors. The CO says to Seaman Gumby turn over your private server for review, Seaman Gumby destroys the server and every phone he has with data wiping and hammers.
The fact the DOJ wont go after her speaks volumes about the amount of corruption with in Washington.
