Sailor Faces Discipline After Viral Flag Protest

There seems to be no level of stupidity that modern Americans are unable to reach. She is another example of the marginally educated, full opinionate and desperately ignorant that roam among us. A product of public schools, social media, television and video games no doubt.

Well, she is certainly a top candidate for 2016's Dumbass of the Year Award. That being said (and that being true), what is this nearly nationwide love affair that people are having with selfies - both still shots and mini-videos like the one this dumbass sailor did? Are people so much in love with themselves that they just can't help it? Do the people that make videos and publically post them really think that anybody else is going to give a sh*t about it? Do they think so highly of themselves and their opinions that they think that millions of people are just waiting and watching for personal guidance via video?

They used to have an old saying: "Empty barrels make the most noise." And that's what I'm seeing and hearing more of day after day. Not only is it narcissistic, it's annoying as hell.
