I am glad this Airman received the medal but there are hundreds if not thousands of Soldiers that suffer the same if not worse conditions and they get ignored.

Thanks for the share. Good to see that some Senior Leaders are actually showing Soldiers that they are human and can and do suffer some of the same injuries as their Soldiers.
