I am perplexed with these stories, this is the third such case this year where rapists have been found guilty but the judge lets them off without prison. Worse yet this story involves a freaking toddler.

I started to write a long response to this and I just... I cant. this ... person just needs to be executed. Anyone that would harm a defenseless child is the ultimate evil in this world. They need to be removed from the gene pool, they have nothing to contribute and we do not need them.
